Double Diamond

This is my own version of the Double Diamond (Design Council, 2016) I used different tones to show a story from beginning to middle to end.

The Double Diamond is one of the main tools most Design Managers use, in the beginning, splitting the brief, breaking it down in all possible directions, defining the idea, the product or service, developing the work; with designers or consultants and then delivering the outcome in working order.

SWOT

Strengths, Weakness', Opportunities and Threats could be linked into anything! Could be a current project, about yourself.

It is a good way to break down something to make it more simple or simplified for the individual or team.

For example, I can communicate quite well - I will state my opinion; I am used to this in the job that I am as sometimes I have to handle confrontations and follow the policy at my work. The only threats I have is that I don't have any Interior Design or Design Management Work Experience. I currently work in a Fast Food Franchise which is quite demanding in it's self.

Ansoff Matrix.jpg

Ansoff's Matrix

My own inspired version - this is for example take a product whether inventing one or expanding on an existing one it is more the opportunities - what can be done to make it better or better for the company within the market research, what could be new and updated.

Looking into the product or company so for example an eco-friendly phone from this company we had to create an idea of what could be done so me and my team looked and noticed they only did phones so we thought about tablet or small laptop which would be eco-friendly and link in with university to promote to students linking in with the environment and university is a big culture and linking in with it it would be more used to it's potential possible in the United Kingdom and United States as these have some of the biggest University's in the world.
